A narrow site, with room to breathe. Seven homes follow the length of the plot, with a central circulation zone dividing the building into two parts. Concrete canopies frame the arrival, while gardens, balconies and terraces extend domestic life outdoors.
White rendered walls, a warm-toned upper floor and dark metal balustrades give the building a clear material identity. Deep overhangs create sheltered thresholds; surrounding trees bring shade and changing light close to the rooms. A compact residential building shaped around the everyday pleasures of living: a private outdoor space, a view into green, and somewhere to catch the afternoon sun.
